The bathroom includes a freestanding soaking tub, a large walk-in shower, and high-end finishes that bring comfort and functionality together.

In addition to the new addition, the project includes a complete kitchen remodel, transforming the heart of the home with a modern layout, updated cabinetry, premium finishes, and improved functionality.

From a structural standpoint, this renovation required the installation of steel support beams and a raised foundation to accommodate the new design while ensuring the home’s long-term structural integrity.
